Simple Belief
Just In Time Property Group was born from frustration. Our founder, Marcus Webb, watched his aunt lose her home to foreclosure in 2017 — not because there wasn't a solution, but because she didn't know one existed. The traditional real estate system had failed her.
Marcus spent the next year learning wholesale real estate from the ground up, closed his first deal in early 2018, and hasn't stopped since. What started as a one-man operation out of a spare bedroom is now a team of 14 professionals closing 12–18 deals per month across Virginia — specializing in real estate acquisition, wholesaling investment properties, renovation, and property solutions.
Our mission has never changed: help Virginia homeowners in tough situations find a fast, dignified exit — and help investors build wealth through access to deals they couldn't find on their own. Turning Properties into Opportunities, one deal at a time.
